Terms of Service – KV Photography

By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Booking & Payment

A session is considered officially booked once a non-refundable retainer fee is paid. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Retainer fees are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of all payments made. KV Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Session Expectations

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. KV Photography is not responsible for missed shots due to lack of cooperation, late arrival, or failure to communicate desired poses or groupings.

4. Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe communicated at booking (typically 1–3 weeks unless otherwise stated). Images are delivered via an online gallery for viewing, downloading, and sharing.

5. Editing & Style

By booking, clients acknowledge that they are familiar with KV Photography’s editing style and agree that images will be edited at the photographer’s discretion. RAW (unedited) images will not be delivered.

6. Usage & Copyright

All images remain the intellectual property of KV Photography. Clients are granted a personal-use license to download, print, and share images. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Model Release

KV Photography reserves the right to use images from sessions for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.

8. Liability

KV Photography will take the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing of images. However, in the unlikely event of loss, damage, or failure beyond control, liability is limited to the return of payments received.

9. Client Conduct

KV Photography reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior occurs.

By booking a session or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
